Tabriz Noghl Candy
Noghl is one of the snacks that are prepared in different sizes and flavors and is usually eaten with tea instead of sugar. In Iran, according to a long-standing tradition, in wedding ceremonies, Noghl is sprinkled on the heads of the bride and groom, and Noghl is a sign of joy and happiness. Tabrizi noghl, like Yazdi noghl and Mashhad noghl, is offered in many different flavors and aromas. Pussy noghl, coriander noghl, cherry noghl, walnut noghl and pistachio noghl, with the aromas of jasmine, vanilla, saffron and mint are among the types of Tabriz noghls. Ingredients such as sugar, cream of tartar, vanilla, rose water, edible nuts, musk willow sweat, saffron, rose, cinnamon, cocoa, cherry extract, and coriander seeds are used to prepare different types of noghls.
