They add some water to the mixture and allow it to cook well. Then, they add the lamb's heart and giblets with spices, and finally, add potatoes to the dish. When serving Jaghur Baghur, they add a few drops of lemon juice. This dish has a unique flavor and is usually served with onions, herbs, and tomatoes. Zanjanis usually have Jaghur Baghur for breakfast. This dish is considered a national dish in Scotland and is known as "Haggis".
