Cook the meat with salt, turmeric and onion. Then put the cabbages in the broth. After it is cooked, pour some pomegranate paste on it. Drain the rice so that the grain does not soften. Put the rice in the pot and add some mint leaves and pomegranate juice to it and stir slowly. Put the rest of the cleaned mint and garlic on the side of the pot with one or two cabbage leaves and boil the rice. Of course, you can put seasoned meat and cabbage on top of rice and cook it.
