When the content has cooled, pick a fistful amount, make a ball out of it and then press it a bit. Place them on a tray and put the tray in a dry place for days to have completely dried tarkhines. Tarkhineh is used for making Tarkhine pottage. When you want to cook Tarkhineh pottage, combine these dried Tarkhinehs with some hot onion beans, dried herbs and turmeric in water and cook it with a gentle heat in Aush style.
